HEALTH GUARANTEE:
When a puppy is picked up or shipped. The BUYER is responsible for the puppy's healthcare and all expenses incurred there after.
The BUYER must take the puppy to a licensed vet. within 24 hours after the purchase (when puppy leaves SELLER property) or (next business day if purchased on holiday or weekend). at BUYER expense. If the puppy is found to have a life threating :(fatal) heredity condition, a replacement will be made of equal value and same sex when a puppy is available. The BUYER must call and return the puppy within 24 hours of diagnosis from vet. along with a statement from a licensed vet. listing what was wrong with the puppy.
If puppy dies it will ONLY be replaced if an autopsy (at BUYERS expense) shows the cause of death was congenital such as (heart, liver, or kidney failure) a vets statement must be supplied showing cause of death. BUYER is responible for all cost of transportation on a replacement puppy if a replacement is necessary.
SELLER gives no GUARANTEE that the puppy will breed, show, size, color, weight, ears to stand or their personality . This puppy is sold as PEY ONLY.
Every precaution has been taken to insure that your new puppy is healthy. The puppy will be up to date on shots/worming.
Seller will NOT GUARANTEE against ANY diseases such as internal or external parasites (coccidiosis, giadiasos, worms, or ear mites), red or sarcoptic mange, parvo or corona virus, hypoglycemia, hernias, and diarrhea due to stress, improper diet, shipping/driving,allergic reactions, and Any communicable diseases.
This guarantee WILL NOT cover what is considered common in the French Bulldog breed: cherry eyes, entropion, loose hips and legs (luxating patellas), skin allergied, elongated soft pallate, stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils). This guarantee is for ONE YEAR from the date of birth of the puppy, any and all guarantees will be VOID if said puppy is sold or changes from the original BUYER. When the puppy leaves the SELLERS care (picked up or shipped) the puppy will have received proper vaccinations and deworming due that is appropriate for its age.
No replacement for any reason on a puppy or dog that has been bred, spayed, neutered or euthanized without SELLERS permission.
DEPOSIT:
THE SELLER WILL NOT REFUND DEPOSIT FOR ANY REASON. If the SELLER thinks a puppy has a problem (health or otherwise) and is unable to be sold, the BUYER will be contacted and the deposit will be transferred to another puppy of same sex and value when on is available.
PURCHASE AGREEMENT:
Puppy must be paid for in full before leaving the SELLERS care. The deposit must be a POSTAL MONEY ORDER "ONLY" . The remaining amount MUST be paid in full with CASH ONLY (if puppy is picked up by his/her new owner). If puppy is being shipped or ground pickup the deposit must be a POSTAL MONEY ORDER and the TOTAL price of the puppy and shipping must be paid in full when the puppy is 6 weeks old. The puppy will be shipped at 8 weeks old (if weather pemits and there is no problems with the puppy).
SHIPPING AGREEMENT:
Puppy has to be paid in full in order to make arrangements for shipping. I will ship to most states. I live in the south so the weather is hot here most of the time. The one and only airline that will let Frenchies fly year around is Continental Air Lines and I would ship out of Jackson, Ms. Shipping price is $300.00 to $350.00 and that is for the flight, carrier, vet, and health cert. All puppies must be 8 weeks old to ship. The Air Line charges must be paid for in full when the puppy is 6 weeks old. I will need 2 weeks to get all arrangements made so the puppy will be ready to leave at 8 weeks. SELLER will not guarantee a puppy for anything but hereity problems when shipped.
GROUND PICK:
If the puppy will be picked up by ground carrier, the BUYER will be responsible for all arrangements, payment to carrier and puppy is to be fully paid for before it can be picked up . SELLER will not guarantee a puppy for ANYTHING but hereity problems , if ground carrier is used. The ground carrier will be required to sign for puppy at the time of pick up SELLER will not meet a ground carrier unless it is within 15 miles. The cost on ground pick up will be $50.00 for vet and health cert.
********NOTE TO BUYER********
Jurisdiction, venue, and attorney's fee, the sole jurisdiction and venue for any suit filed by seller or buyer in any way connected with this agreement shall be in Lincoln County, Brookhaven, Ms. The prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to their reasonable costs and attorney's fees. If found in favor of buyer the seller will only be responsible for what the buyer paid for the puppy.

**********SELLERS NOTE**********
It is always best, if the puppy can be picked by the BUYER. The Buyer should be prepared for the puppy by having a crate, the brand of food the puppy has been eating (Seller will give all information to care for puppy) a different food can be slowly changed when the puppy has adjusted to it's new home. If you feed your puppy a good quality food, and they DO NOT need treats. The treats will just cause them stomach and weight problems. When the puppy leaves the Seller it will have 1 or 2 shots depending on age, it will be safer if not exposed to (other dogs, lots of people, or placed on the ground a different places). One or two shots is just the start of the puppy's protection against parvo etc..........
The puppy will need fresh water and food at ALL TIMES (NOT HUMAN FOOD).
If your puppy shows signs of sickness.......... CALL A VET..........NOT THE BREEDER......
All my dogs and puppies are very special to me. I have taken great care in their health and well being. I hope the Buyer is happy with the puppy they get. "BUT MOST OF ALL" I hope the puppy is happy with its new owner.

Buyer must take dog or dogs to a Veterinarian within 24 hours after puchase ( Monday if purchased on Saturday) at buyerss' expense. This only applies to the dog for a brucellosis test. (WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE)
Seller gives no guarantee that this dog or dogs will breed or show, and no guarantee on size or color. This do or dogs are sold as PET ONLY.
Seller will not warrant against any diseases such as PARVO, CORONA VIRUS, INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL PARASITES, RED OR SARCOPTIC MANGE, HEART WORMS OR KENNEL COUGH, COCCIDIOSIS, AND GIADIASOS.
The dog or dogs will be up to date on shots and worming.
The BUYER should examine and choose the dog or dogs carefully and make their own determination as the health and well being of the dog or dogs before purchasing.
